We are in the process of attempting to apply for an NIH R-15 Grant, which has some fairly strict eligibility requirements.  One of the requirements is that the College or unit (internal to FSU) which is applying must be considered an "allied health unit" (there are other funding level requirements, but we've got those covered.)    Who makes the determination whether a unit is an "allied health unit"?, is it an internal one which we would make here at FSU or is it one that NIH makes?  thanks much, Greg
