Hello RESADM-listers,
I work for a non-profit and we have a federal grant. We operate under circular A-133. We are looking to attend a a conference at which we will be recruiting participants (adult students seeking a certification) for our federally-funded program. Are we allowed to spend our federal funds on renting exhibit space? How about renting a pop-up exhibit? The purpose in attending the conference is to recruit only, not to advertise our organization.
