Subject: [RESADM-L] Salary Cap DOE
Being at a medical institution we
don’t have a lot of grants funded by the Department of Education, but
does anyone know if they require salary cap? I know that HRSA does not, but the
project I’m working on is a subaward through another institution and
their auditor is telling them it’s “Federal wide” which has
not been my experience. Who is correct?
