I happened to check in on the group today to see how the submission problem was fairing for you all. Please rest assured if your application was put on a Systems Issues list, NIH will work with you. I would like to state that a previous email I sent to the group was sent in error and was not in response to Dr. Wilhelm’s email. My apologies for any confusion this may have caused.

I'm still waiting as well. I've talked to the NIH help desk 3 times since Monday morning. Yesterday, our application was put on a "systems issue" list since it's an NIH error. This still doesn't make us feel any better since the deadline was yesterday and we've yet to get past this error (we do have a NIH ticket number). Changing the dates (as mentioned yesterday) to match the original grant didn't help either.

Any other ideas/suggestions from those who have succeeded?

[RESADM-L] Competitive renewals

Hello,

Has anyone had any success in getting a competitive renewal into the
Commons? We keep getting the error:

ERROR The parent grant for a revision must be awarded. The parent grant
for this submission is not a funded grant.

The dates on the grant being submitted do not exceed the project period
dates for the parent grant, which is indeed awarded.
