They could have used Monkey’s Eyebrow, AZ and it probably wouldn’t have raised one, either.

There's a fascinating story unfolding on Capitol Hill today; a two-part sting operation by the GAO involving a private IRB and a fake IRB that was successfully registered with OHRP, even though it was based in "Cheatsville, AZ." The Scientist has a good story.
