NOT-OD-09-037 states that the NIH is under
a continuing resolution until March 6, 2009, and while under the CR, the salary
stays at $191,300. It says “When the final FY 2009
Appropriation is enacted, we will publish our annual NIH Guide Notice on the
legislative mandates included therein with additional information on the salary
cap.”
I just looked through the notices since
March 6 and I don’t see a new notice confirming that the CR is lifted and
the new salary cap is $196,700. Anyone know if it’s been posted
somewhere?
