How is grants.gov running for folks today? I just tried to submit and it is unclear whether it went through. I had to resort to the drag and drop method, was able to actually press the submit button after log-in, but then it hung for several minutes and I got no confirm screen and no e-mail of receipt yet. So, just wondering.
