Me, too. I’ve tried all 3 ways: from the desktop, using the “open in Explorer,” and the latest you mentioned. No luck, but I’ve got another hour to keep trying!

Yes, I did all of this (followed these instructions from the same e-mail!) and still can't get to the login screen with drag and drop or past it when submitting from the ap. Thank you for sharing this though.

I experienced this same problem (along with other problems!) and finally was able to submit ( after many, many attempts) using the advice I received from Linda Daugherty on Feb 4 – I’ve copied and inserted below.

The best advice I have gotten off the listserve came from Mary-Ellen Fortini of Oakland, CA on January 29^th. We were having the same issues and she gave the following instructions to follow. They have worked every time!

1. With the application open, go to Edit, Preference, then Trust Manager, Change Settings. Change to allow all websites, OK, OK. Then save the app to your desktop and close the package.

2. Open your browser. Go to Tools, Internet Options, and delete your history, cookies, and temp internet files.

3. Go to Tools again, and turn off pop-ups.

4. Go to View, toolbars, and make certain Adobe pdf is not checked.

5. THEN drag the application on your desktop to the browser.

I don’t know for sure if following these instructions is the REASON I was finally able to submit, but give it a try. Also, make sure you have the correct version of Adobe Reader (and are not opening with Adobe Professional). Good luck to you!

I’m having the same problem. I’ve tried all of the little tricks and ways that are supposed to work to get this submitted. This has gone beyond ridiculous.

I can't get past the log-in screen. It disappears after I hit "log in" but I don't get to the submit screen.

I didn't get confirmation from my NIH submission until 36 hours later.
I called the help desk and they ran a report and verified that it was
