Has anyone submitted a grant application where a PI of a parent application is also a subcontract PI on the same application?

I am working with the PI who has an appointment at Yale at 80% FTE and 20% FTE at another institution and she wants to be the PI on the prime application and on the subcontract to another institution. Is it possible?
