Nope, although when you re-negotiate your F&A, and I bet you need to do that-- hire Charlie Tardivo to do it. he's not as expensive and very, very good.

If you have a foundation-- a research foundation-- its rate is the same as the University rate because all of teh infrastructure is the same.  I don't know that a development foundation needs a rate.  If an award has ANY terms and condition, it's really a contract and therefore goes to the university.  Period.  Marcia (xxxxxx@indiana.edu) has a bunch of rates and would be a good person to ask.
