Hello,

I have also had this happen.  What I noticed, however, is that an Adobe document that confirmed receipt actually DID open, but NOT as a full screen.  It opened but did not POP up.  I had to click on an Adobe icon that appeared on the menu at the bottom of my screen.  There the confirmation appeared, and I simply closed the window that told me “do not close window…”  because I had the Adobe version of the confirmation along with all of the emails sent by Grants.gov.

Thanks,

MJ,
I think it's another glitch in the system.  I just submitted an application for which I have not yet received the confirmation.  It reads "Processing do not close window until you receive confirmation; however, I have already received three of the standard emails from grants.gov.

[RESADM-L] Grants.gov confirmation

Good mornings fellow list servers,

I have run across an issue (not serious) in grants.gov, and I'm wondering if there are others out there that have had the same problem.

When I submit a grants.gov package in the new adobe format, I get an HTML style pdf document for the confirmation of the submission instead of the usual grants.gov confirmation page.  I have figured out that there is a push pin to the right of the document that when you double-click it the confirmation page is displayed the way we are used to seeing it.  Is this something that others have experienced?  Is there a setting on my web browser that needs to be changed in order to display it properly?

Any input would be appreciated.  Thanks, MJ
