One can always check the excluded parties list (www.epls.gov).  If you have a screen-print capability that allows you to show date printed, then you can show on what day that excluded parties list was checked.

Hi All.
 
Recently we found out about a vendor being suspended from receiving federal contracts, etc.  It has caused some discussion internally regarding controlling and monitoring future contractual agreements with vendors which may be debarred or suspended.  With a reduction in purchase orders and an increase in procurement card activity, it seems there are fewer opportunities for monitoring.
 
What processes/procedures do you have in place for monitoring this campus wide (not just research activity)?
