I would actually go so far as to ask the
no shows to pay for these expenses personally, unless there is a compelling,
unavoidable or business-related reason that they did not show
up.

Just a quick questions...We have an NIH
Grant that we charge travel for
Co-Investigators to the annual meeting. We
recently received a charge
from the hotel for two "No-Shows." Is this an
allowable expense?
