When establishing accounts for a sponsored agreement between your university and a FFRDC (Federally Funded Research and Development Center), do you code the account # as a private account # with federal pass through funds? Or do you code the account # as a Federal account #?

Also, do you treat GOCOs (Government Owned, Contractor Operated) the same way?

In particular, how do you treat UT-Battelle LLC, Battelle Memorial Institute and Oak Ridge National Lab?
