Even though FT faculty must be nominated by the institution, the application must be submitted individually by the individuals nominated (see excerpt below). Non-FT faculty (independent scholars, adjunct or PT faculty, etc.) may also apply individually, but do not require an insitutional nomination. The nomination will be confirmed via email after the submission process is complete.

Faculty or staff members of colleges or universities or of primary or secondary schools, or independent scholars or writers may apply for a Summer Stipend.

Only individual applicants are eligible to apply for Summer Stipends.
