I just called the help desk at grants.gov and was surprised at how fast they answered.  I asked the guy what to do if we have proposals other than NIH that are due today since the end of the work day is fast approaching here on the east coast.  He said if you have something that is due today that are not NIH proposals you should call the grants.gov help desk and give them the agency name and they will tell you what you will need to do.  The help desk number is 1-800-518-4726.

Is anyone having issues today with grants.gov?  We are getting the following error message when we submit:

“You may have encountered an internal system or server error, please close all browsers and try again later.”

We close out and try to submit again and we get the same message.

Thanks.
