Do any of you have a policy related to waiver of F&A as it relates to reductions in the F&A recovery which is distributed back to the College/Department (ie if a College requested a waiver is their recovery somehow impacted by that waiver?) If so, does the policy indicate that the reduction is for an equal amount of that waived? A proportionate amount? Who then tracks and manages these issues at your institution?
