Hello all,

We are trying to submit a progress report through eRA Commons and having a problem with the justification text for the "25% or more unobligated balance" question.  The text kept disappearing and the page could not be designated as complete until the PI cut it down to the smallest paragraph that still expressed what he wanted to say, and he was able to save it and designate that section as complete.  I don't see that there is a character limit for that text box, so I'm not sure what that was necessary.  Now that we're ready to send it off to NIH, the text still shows up in the text box in that section but does not show up when you view the draft report.

 

Has anyone else experienced this, and what was your solution, if you found one?
