You may have to go into the status page and put in the grant # instead of searching under JIT or the PI name.  That worked for us.

Subject: [RESADM-L] problem with the JIT button in the Commons

 

Has anyone else had a problem with the JIT button not appearing in the Commons when it should? We have had this happen twice recently, both times with AREA grants. In the first case, the GMS advised us to work around this by simply emailing her the JIT info as a pdf. The second case has been more difficult to sort out; we've received conflicting advice from the program officer, the GMS, and the Commons help desk. Has anyone else encountered this situation, and if so, how was it resolved?
