Hi all! 

I’m sure every institution/organization requires an internal routing or internal approval form for grant/contract submissions.  Before sign off by the Grants Office what do you require to accompany the “form”.  Also, why are such forms utilized.  What do YOU as the Research Administrator sign off on.  What is verified, etc.  I’m not asking this question for me…..
