I had a similar problem on a 2/16 submission.  The letters of support looked fine when I reviewed the PDF file, but once the proposal got to the Commons one of the letters appeared upside down.

 

 

YES!!! I just had this come up about 15 minutes ago and I'm struggling with how to fix it! It's as if the margins have become offset or something when the individual files are packaged.

Has anyone else encountered this problem?  Any solutions/suggestions?  The letters of support look fine in the PureEdge file, but in the final PDF image in commons, it's all garbled.
