I submitted on Tuesday, February 6th and I am still waiting!

Yesterday, the HRSA call center indicated that they are delayed in processing all the applications because of the volume. If I don't see the applications (AENT and NAT) in EHB by the end of the week, I was told to call again. The HRSA representative was able to confirm that my application was being processed and that I will be notified by email when it appears in the EHB as well as the PI. I was relieved that at least HRSA has it in their records.

My understanding is we have until February 26th to submit the additional data through EHB, and then 5 days following THAT submission, the signed cover page must be received in hard copy.

We just reviewed the terms of the HRSA AENT notice which states that they have 5 business days after submission to respond...IF you haven't heard from them by that point you should contact them...so there are still a few more days for them to get their work done...

Hi All,

Has anyone heard anything from HRSA on the EHB Validation process for the proposals that were due on Feb 9th? I'm watching for the email with the HRSA EHB Tracking Number but it has not come through yet. Anyone else still waiting?
