Pam,

I usually email the individual off line to their direct email address.  It's about the best way to respond directly.

Subject: [RESADM-L] group messages

I am wondering if there might be a way to let people know when they are about to reply to the entire listserv when thinking that they are replying to just one person. It is easy to get confused when an individual email can have RESADM in the subject line.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Pam
