UNH has experienced the same thing. I emailed HRSA about this and too date I have received no response.

 

This is particularly aggravating since the instructions state: the applicant must use the EHB version of the SF 424 R&R form to be signed and not the Grants.gov version. I did send the Grants.gov version within the 5 business days.

 

If I don’t get a response soon I will email EHB again.

I submitted two HRSA proposals thru grants.gov both of which were validated and retrieved by the grantor agency.  I and the PI have gone in to HRSA EHB to check on the status and neither grant is there.  Am I missing something?
