The Office of Research Services at the University of Pennsylvania is seeking a Director of Post-Award Financial Administration. The primary function of this position is manage and supervise 21+ staff of the Research Accounting Operations Group and the integration of post award process with ORS and with University financial systems. The incumbent must have the capacity to analyze and propose solutions to perceived problems in close cooperation with other senior ORS management. The purpose of the function is to assure a well functioning, responsive research accounting operation that completes sponsor mandated reports on a timely basis.
