Your question pertains to relations with physicians and/or physician groups with which your university has no other relationship.  We have no such agreement. But we have established an agreement with local hospitals and physician groups for the involvement of physicians who have faculty appointments but are not employees of the university.  It is a very simple agreement has allowed us to not make individual agreements for each project.  I would be happy to send it to you if you think it would help.

Subject: [RESADM-L] Master Agreement Templates

Our medical school is in the process of developing an agreement with medical groups who are not connected with the medical school.  We want to be able to subaward to a particular doctor within a medical group for work on a grant without having to write separate agreements to the doctor each time.  Plus, we want to be protected as far as insurance/indemnification/certifications are concerned.  Our preference would be some type of master agreement the medical group to which we could write separate task orders for each individual project/doctor as needed.  Does anyone have such an agreement that you would be willing to share?

OR – Is there a better way to do this?  Any help will be greatly appreciated!!

Thanks,
