I'm interested in your policy allowing overload pay during
the academic year. Could you provide more detail? We've found
it extremely difficult to allow within A-21. Thanks for

research support, a fixed, competitive salary. We do not expect them to
become "grant-funded" within any time period. However,
the researchers are highly encouraged to develop research grant proposals
and the institution allows faculty researchers to make summer pay and
overload during the academic year if the sponsor will allow pending of
