Would you be so kind as to define CERTIFY.  Do you mean verify?

Thank you.

Subject: [RESADM-L] Effort Reporting for Non-Exempt and Exempt

For non-exempt employees, do you certify hours or percent effort? Do you certify time sheets/cards or separate activity reports? If you use separate activities reports, how would you handle certification if an employee has two appointments--one exempt and one non-exempt?

I know A-21 states (for after-the-fact reporting) "These reports will reflect an after the fact reporting of the percentage distribution of activity of employees."

Any and all comments/advice welcomed!
