By far the most useful tip I have found is to:

 

Open MS Explorer FIRST

Then open the proposal file from within Explorer using the FILE:OPEN command

Choose Submit

 

This is the alternative to double-clicking the proposal file or opening the proposal file in PureEdge Viewer and attempting to submit using that application. This procedure has worked every time for us.

Folks,

 

I am pulling together a collection of tips and fixes for errors using

grants.gov. I was hoping to have folks send me some of their tricks that

I can coordinate and then eventually post for all.

 

I have some like cleaning the cookies and internet files when the error

states password wrong.

 

Does anyone want to share what they have or fixes that they were told.
