The Public Health Institute (PHI) is an $80 million nonprofit public health research organization headquartered in Oakland, California that promotes health, well-being and quality of life for all people through research and evaluation, training and technical assistance, and by building community partnerships. We are actively recruiting for a senior development specialist to join our Bid and Proposal (pre-award) department.
We are seeking a skilled, career oriented individual with 7 to 10 years of experience assisting Principal Investigators/Project Directors submit timely grant or contract applications that follow written guidelines issued by federal and state agencies and by private foundations regulating our work. This position has significant potential for growth and leadership opportunities over the next 3 - 5 years. We would appreciate it if you would circulate or post the attached announcement.
The monthly salary range for the pay grade for this position is $4,722 - $6,849. The typical hiring range for this pay grade is $4,722 – $5,194 and the starting salary for this position will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
