Job Description:
Responsible for contract negotiation for clinical trials, budgeting and preparation of administrative sections of biomedical grant submissions, general pre- and post- award grant management and database maintenance. Provides support for intellectual property issues, assistance to researchers in submissions for extramural support, assures compliance with federal, state and institutional policies and regulations. Serves as a resource to departments and researchers in preparation of proposals. Coordinates, manages and prepare written summaries of project meetings.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in relevant
professional field with a minimum of five years of relevant work experience.
Familiarity with Federal funding regulations, experience with electronic
submissions, posesses clinical trials negotiation and budget development
skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft programs
including database programs like msAccess.
The position requires excellent verbal, communication and organizational
skills. Master's degree in related field,
preferred.
