Ditto on that - we're in the same mode and would also appreciate feedback.

We’re creating an Access database to store faculty profile information to match research interests to funding opportunities.  I’ve been poking around online, and I see that many other institutions have online forms to gather faculty information.  For those of you who do, how do you use this information?  What information is most useful to your office?  What feedback have you had from your faculty?  Is there anything (questions, information, etc.) that you wish had been incorporated into your database or forms?

Planning the database is the most important step, so any advice or suggestions you can give me would be a big help.

Thanks for your time,

-Amy
