Our office had trouble getting into the system; apparently it did take 4 attempts before we were admitted. And, yes, we were checking each time to see if the problems were from this end. It appeared to be a connection issue, and we’re not sure about that.
Apparently there are several areas encountering issues with the release, and I know that FMS (U.S. Treasury) is working diligently to address them. The Customer Board, various individuals from the user community that have worked with FMS, has asked FMS to put out some kind of announcement to the User Community, and to show a notice on the website.
