Systems Coordinator Position

 

DESCRIPTION: Works under the direction of the InfoEd Systems Administrator in all phases of InfoEd operations; acts as a liaison between supervisor and other departments/centers and research staff. Has ability to monitor programming tests and assess results; serves as a resource for system-related problems; communicates and works on developing/enhancing data; revises instruction manuals for each module.

QUALIFICATIONS: Expertise in the Microsoft Office Suite including but not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Access and Project. Ability to navigate the web efficiently. Ability to prepare reports and documentation for the InfoEd project. Expertise in maintaining, updating and inputing new and old data into the InfoEd module; experience in overseeing travel arrangements and reimbursements. 

 REQUIREMENTS: Four (4) years experience in a research environment. Substitutions Allowed: A Bachelor's degree may be substituted for the general experience.

 

SPECIAL: Ability to navigate a web-based software system efficiently.
