 We put only the NSF requested on the budget page and the costshare portion at the bottom under M.  Only funds requested goes under D.  Equipment NSF may say 'they will figure it out" but unless they do before it goes to
reviewers, it can cause problems and negative reviews such as "no matching money".  (been there)  Hope this helps.
