Have we heard directly from Ed on this? Has anyone received a response from them or seen an FAQ yet?

Subject: [RESADM-L] CARE Act and foreign students

Does anyone have any guidance that confirms whether or not students  who are not US citizens can receive CARE Act funding?  We are under the impression that these students were used in the calculation for funding allocations.

Best regards,

Donna
