I am thinking…since that letter just came out this afternoon from DeVos (and the email notice from NAICU just came in as well) they may not have uploaded/opened the opportunity on Grants.gov yet. I’m going to wait until morning before worrying
– although they certainly did give a wicked short timeline!

Has anyone figured out how or where in
Grants.gov we submit the Certificate of Funding and Agreement for the CARES Act funding to higher ed? The link in the letter just seems to lead to the registration page.
