I haven't done this myself, but the Fastlane instructions for subcontract
budgets have a note:

"If you want the proposal's salary information to be confidential, enter
your salary months and dollar amount as zero and add a non-Co-PI senior
person to the proposal with the first name of "Aggregate" and second name
of "Salary."  On each budget year enter the aggregate salary of your
proposal next to the non-Co-PI senior person named "Aggregate Salary". You
will need to mail in one copy of the detailed budget with the signed cover
sheet....."
