DEPUTY DIRECTOR
OFFICE OF SPONSORED PROGRAMS

We are seeking a professional with at least 2-5 years' management
experience in research administration and grants management to direct
day-to-day departmental operations and act as the liaison with research
investigators, program site administrators, external agency and internal
departmental representatives. The incumbent will be responsible for
facilitating application and proposal development and effectively
managing pre-award and post-award sponsored program activities. Require
Master's degree, Ph.D. preferred; knowledge of federal regulations and
policies of public and private sponsoring agencies; computer proficiency
with relational databases and spreadsheets; excellent interpersonal,
communication and problem-solving skills; ability to handle multiple

GRANTS SPECIALIST

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with experience in the
management of grants and contracts for the Office of Sponsored Programs.
As a Grants Specialist you will work with investigators, performance
site administrators, funding agency contracts and internal departments
to manage pre-award and post-award sponsored programs activities.
Responsibilities include reviewing grant applications prepared by
investigators and assuring their compliance with submission
requirements, policies and federal regulations. Require an Associate's
Degree/Bachelor's desirable with experience in financial management
(accounting, bookkeeping or budgeting); ability to organize and
prioritize tasks; record keeping and filing; outstanding communication
skills; and computer literacy. We offer generous compensation and
