The Happy99 virus has attacked this listserv.  The virus attaches itself
to email sent from infected computers without the sender's knowledge.
If one doesn't open (click on) the attachment called HAPPY99.EXE, they
will not get infected.  If you received the file (it was sent with a
"CRA and Distance Learning" subject on the message) delete the message
and attachment to avoid infection.  The following McAfee web document
gives instructions for detection the infected files and deleting the
virus from your systems.  Please check for the file
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\SKA.EXE.  If it exists on your system, you are
infected.  (There are other files written as well as a modification to
your startup files.  Please read the article at the below link for
"official" information concerning HAPPY99.EXE.
