Grant writing training Mary Farnham 23 Jul 1998 16:43 EST

We are planning some grant writing training for faculty to begin this fall.
We have decided to use a "brown bag" approach and conduct several 45 minute
to 1 hour sessions dealing with different topics. Our present plan is to
invite faculty with expertise in certain areas to participate as part of
the training teams. Before we go to a great deal of work creating a
"curriculum", I thought it might be a good idea to poll the list to see if
others out there have attempted this training approach, and if they would
be willing to share curriculum, ideas, successful activities, unique
approaches to training, etc. with us. I appreciate ANY assistance you
might be willing to offer. Please respond to me via email, phone, or fax.
Thanks to all!
