Cheryl, this is probably not relevant to anything you are doing, but
 just in case--

Hi everyone --

I am looking for someone who is well versed in international research,
particularly in third world countries. My organization is in the midst of
a U.S. Dept of Education proposal which would involve sending employees to
Angola and El Salvador. (It's been more than 10 years since I've dealt
with this and I am more than a bit rusty!)

Is there someone out there willing to talk to me about this? I know there
are a lot of details to worry about and I want to be sure that I'm as
informed as possible. In addition, if there are websites that you think
would be helpful to me, please pass them along as well.

If you're willing to spend a few minutes on the phone with me, please email
me and let me know. Thanks in advance for any assistance!
