Re your plan to do away with email of the NIH Guide.  Do you have any plans
to set up a subscription service that does more than just mail the Table of
Contents?  FEDIX, NSF-CNS and the U.S. Department of Education all have
comprehensive subscription services.  I'm a Grants Officer in a
one-and-a-half person office at a mid-sized teaching institution.  The time
I can devote to net surfing for more details on NIH programs is very
limited.  It would really be helpful if NIH planned to develop a
subscription service similar to that of its sister agencies.
