Hello out there,  my institution is slowly developing a teams environment,
the result of recommendations from a restructuring task force report
completed a couple years ago.  We've set up several small project teams
that analyze processes, and some longer-term teams with less
process-oriented objectives.  A Teams Council helps coordinate and
facilitate these efforts.  Currently we're working on integrating
long-range planning and Teams Council activities. We would like to
establish a Decision Support Center on campus -- a networked computer
facility programmed to facilitate team brainstorming, priority setting,
consensus, etc.  We would need funds for hardware software and staff
development (in terms of facilitating all the teams' sessions).  Any ideas
and suggestions would be welcome!
