You would be wise to ask for teaching load, and possibly the
percentage of faculty with Ph.Ds awarded within the last 10 years.  The
years-after-degree makeup of the department is going to affect research
productivity in many schools (either because of slow-down, loss of
grants, or if they havent applied before- "fundability").  Teaching load
varies greatly and obviously has a major bearing on not only time
available, but desire to add another work dimension to an already busy
schedule.

I would be very interested in a summary of your results.
