Agreements

Dear Research Administration Discussion Group:

I'm seeking examples of agreements between Universities / Medical
Schools and "affiliated teaching hospitals" (private hospitals) regarding
the handling of "joint" research project intellectual property.  If you have
examples of such agreements that you are willing to share, I would
appreciate e-mail our fax receipt of copies.
