I have requested this change with our listmanager here HOWEVER,
anyone who is currently subscribed will have to change their
own subscription by sending the command

SET Resadm-L REPRO
to xxxxxx@health.state.ny.us

Remember, no subject line, no salutations or other verbage except the text
of the command in the email message.

Even if we change the default, it will only effect NEW subscribers.
