The information provided yesterday about the human research listserver may be
outdated.  I believe the list has shortened its name to just MCWIRB, and my
scribbles show the listserver to be at xxxxxx@its.mcw.edu.  I wouldn't swear
by the listproc -- it might be just proc -- but the "its" is correct.
