Piloting of Experimental/Innovative Curriculum Materials in Secondary Education Level Terry Temple 09 May 1996 13:35 EST

Our NSF grant, a large part of which involves the development of
experimental and innovative curriculum materials for use at both
undergraduate and secondary education levels, contains a clause requiring
that secondary schools involved in the piloting, evaluation, etc., be
notified of the desire to "expose" their students to such curricula, grant
acceptance (written approval), and that materials shall be made available
for inspection by parents/guardians of students of the school district
involved (PL-94-86). I am certain that many of you have dealt with this
requirement.

Has anyone developed a form (or forms), or sample letters/notifications
that they would be willing to share with one of our PIs?
