I would appreciate feedback on two issues:

 Does anyone know anything a service called BIOSCI.
 Harvard received an e-mail message from them.  Although it
 was not particularly clear, it seems that they are providing
 an on-line link for research organizations and potential
 sponsors.

 Also, has anyone who has used SPIN for grant searching found
 a superior tool.
